Dear Friend,
Struggling upon a sea of suffering we change between
strategies of mind and desires of heart eluding happiness. While
chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” mind and heart unite in a single moment
of present happiness emerging of itself.
Nichiren Daishonin
writes: ““The seventh
is called the perfection of one instant of thought
because, when the six sense organs and their objects interact and one
instant of thought arises, it is endowed with all the three thousand
realms. [Hence one instant of thought is called lotus.]” [On the
Eighteen Perfections] WND II: 331 (p. 901) http://www.nichirenlibrary.org
The
Buddha nature opened chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” is always
present—we simply persist in chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” enjoying
peace and security, now.
Truly yours,
