Sincerely chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” is observing the mind of purity and happiness.
Nichiren Daishonin writes: “Though there may be persons who are unaware of the principle involved, if they chant the
daimoku, they will experience the joy that can only be shared between Buddhas. Putting aside the concoctions of defeat steeped in dualistic confusion of good and evil and taking to heart the practice of the wonderful law of simultaneous causality our awakened self chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” emerges joyfully in daily life.
