Dear Friend,
Assiduously practicing great compassion chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo,” our thoughts words and actions refer to Buddha nature existing in all beings.
Nichiren Daishonin writes: “A
commentary on The Diamond Scalpel states: “The object to be observed through practice is the four noble truths. The realm of birth and death made up of the hundred worlds and three thousand realms is indeed characterized by suffering. And when we come to realize that this realm of birth and death is none other than nirvana, this is what is indicated in the first of the four universal vows, ‘Living beings are numberless: I vow to save them.’” [Persons of the Two Vehicles and Bodhisattvas Cannot Attain Buddhahood in the Pre-Lotus Sutra Teachings] WND II: 183 (p.176) http://www.nichirenlibrary.org
Single-mindedly surmounting suffering chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” naturally our activities of daily life are the ultimate reality of the Wonderful Law.
Truly yours,
